Homemade Bottled Stir Fry Sauce

 

Stir fry is my new fast food.  

Making a stir fry used to seem like an overwhelming task.  I may have spent only 10 minutes stirring and frying but I spent 40+ minutes doing all the prep work.  Hunting and gathering, cutting and marinating, measuring and mixing and making sure everything was ready to go at the right time.  And we won't talk about the time spent cleaning up afterwards!

I don't have time for that!  I'm a busy kid!

 And I'm like Veruca Salt, "I want it now!"

Tortilla Soup

So, what do you do with that last quarter of a bag of tortilla chips?  You know what I'm talking about.  All those broken chips that are too small for scooping up salsa and useless for nachos.

We call those crumbs "Tortilla Soup"!
